Privacy
This notice describes information provided through contact with Quinnvestments, LLC.
When you contact us
When you email or call, you may provide your name, contact details, workplace context, and the information in your message. Quinnvestments uses that information to respond, discuss requested services, and coordinate an engagement.
Service providers and other websites
Email and hosting providers may process communications and connection information as part of delivering their services. Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Keep the inquiry focused
Please avoid including confidential employee records or sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry. Any information needed for an engagement should be discussed as part of its scope.

Website service inquiries
The service-date form sends the information you enter to Quinnvestments through the website's hosting form service. This can include your name, business or employer, phone number, email, requested service, county or area, participant count, delivery preference, preferred dates, message, contact consent, and source page. We use it to review and answer your request and coordinate the requested service. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in marketing. Analytics consent is separate from permission to respond to an inquiry; neither choice reserves a date or confirms a service.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics does not load or receive analytics requests from this controller before you accept, or when you decline without previously accepting. If you accept, Quinnvestments uses Google Analytics to understand visits to its public pages. Google uses analytics cookies and browser identifiers. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization remain denied, and Google signals and advertising personalization signals are disabled.
The controller sends a manual page view using an allowlisted public page address and fixed page title. It omits query strings, URL fragments, and the referring address. It does not send form contents, contact details, exam answers or scores, or CRM identifiers to Analytics. Error, thank-you, unknown, and non-production pages are excluded. Analytics does not operate on Peak Shift through this Quinnvestments controller.
You can accept or decline with equally presented controls, or reopen Analytics preferences at the bottom of eligible public pages to review or withdraw consent. Access to services does not depend on accepting analytics. A versioned choice is stored on this device per hostname: the main domain and www hostname have separate saved choices. This consent version requires a new choice rather than reusing a choice from an earlier version. An acceptance expires after 180 days and then requires a fresh choice.
A necessary preference cookie can remember a decline when normal browser storage is unavailable. It contains only a decline marker, not a visitor identifier, and expires after 180 days. Accepting removes that marker where the browser permits. Before using any acceptance, the controller checks whether it can persist a later withdrawal. This uses a temporary, non-identifying browser-storage marker or a necessary probe cookie and attempts to remove or restore it afterward. A probe cookie expires after one minute if cleanup is blocked; a non-identifying browser-storage probe marker may remain if its cleanup is blocked. These checks do not renew the acceptance timestamp or change form drafts or learning progress.
If neither preference-mutation check works, analytics stays off, even with an older saved acceptance or a new click on Accept analytics. When the browser cannot save withdrawal, the page shows a warning rather than claiming withdrawal was saved. Clear previous site data before re-enabling preference storage: an unchanged, unexpired acceptance could otherwise become usable again when restrictions are lifted. If an acceptance cannot be saved but a withdrawal fallback works, acceptance can apply to this page only, and the page explains that limitation.
Withdrawing stops new analytics events from this controller and attempts to remove its prefixed analytics cookies where browser access permits. Requests already in progress may finish. Withdrawal does not erase data already received by Google. Other open pages on the same hostname receive withdrawal notices where supported; otherwise they recheck on focus and at short intervals. Cookies belonging to other services are not removed.
