Entrepreneur coaching
Choose the priority. Work through the next decision.
Practical coaching for entrepreneurs and business owners thinking through priorities, decisions, and the next steps in a business challenge.
Make room for a focused business conversation
When you own the business, immediate demands can crowd out the work you intended to do. Bring a defined challenge: too many competing projects, a decision you keep postponing, an unclear division of responsibility, or a leadership habit that needs attention as the business changes.
The conversation starts with your goal, the constraints you can name, and the choices actually available. Coaching helps you think through those choices and the actions you can own. It does not provide investment management, financing, or a promise of revenue or business growth.
A priority-setting example
Suppose three projects all feel urgent, but you have time to move only one forward this week. Define what each project is meant to change, what depends on it, and what can realistically be done. A useful next step may be choosing a short action to test, clarifying a responsibility, or deciding what to pause.
This example illustrates a coaching conversation. It is not a client result or a claim that every business challenge has the same answer.
From reflection to a practical action
- Name the business challenge and the decision you need to make.
- Review priorities, responsibilities, limits, and information you still need.
- Consider the next step and who needs to understand or support it.
- Agree on an action to try and a useful point for reviewing what happened.
A scoped engagement may focus on owner accountability, planning habits, communication with a team, or preparing for a difficult decision. If a question needs legal, tax, financial, or other specialist advice, discuss that need with the appropriate professional; coaching does not replace that work.
Support shaped around your business
Start with a conversation about fit and scope. Online coaching uses Google Meet by default; in-person options can be discussed. Timing, delivery, responsibilities, and price are agreed before work begins. You keep responsibility for your business decisions and how they are carried out.
Bring the challenge you want to work through
Tell Quinn what you are building or running, the decision or priority you want to address, and the support that would be useful. Keep the initial message focused on the situation rather than confidential business records.
